Yesterday Joe called me and said he was meeting with some out of town customers at the SHRH+C Lobby Bar at 9 PM. I asked him if we could go for a dinner of The Rez Burger and then meet his customers for drinks. Of course Joe agreed because two of his 3 favorite things are drinks and dinner. I asked if Kim would be there, but she had a previous engagement. Joe was already well dressed but I had to find something suitable to wear.
After dinner we went into the Lobby Bar and met the customers. Four men and three women, from Miami probably all in their 40’s, but don’t ask me any of their names. I learned that some of them were going golfing and had a 10AM tee time this morning. And some were going to the Outlet Malls.
I excused myself to go to the rest room and one of the women joined me. Jaye Lynn who seemed to be the oldest and certainly the tallest of the three women confided that she abhorred golf and was a golf widow at home and pretty well had gotten shopping and outlet malls out of her system.
