Depends, generally nicely trimmed or manscapped. Older men usually look better with some hair. Younger guys usually look better shaved. I shave my balls because I like the way they look and feel, and since I'm not hairy in general, I usually keep my pubes trimmed. I shave everything smooth once in awhile (I'm shaved right now). I'll stay bald for a month or so then let it grow back.
