What I Love About Black Women
I’m a visual person, I like what I see. Her dark curves, her two-tone hands and feet, her textured hair, her light up the room smile … all of these things take my breath away.
Though beauty is only skin deep, the culture, the extended family, the music, the dancing (when I can get her to dance for me), are more reasons why I love her.
My experience with black people is a positive one.
The strange thing is though, I was adopted at birth. After 42 years, I found my birth parents. I find my mother has been married to a black man for decades. Maybe as much as our own bodies have genetic predispositions, maybe other aspects of our personality are handed down from our parents.
Either way, love her, cherish her, and in return you’ll get more than you put in. It’s a very odd, wonderful, beautiful thing.
