Does anyone know if this site is legit?

Was given a link to a website that "pays" up to $10 per click on your link. So far, I've "made" $85. Has anyone tried this place? Has anyone cashed out before? Here's the link.

to CD_Lio : It's trash, it says I've made "$315" but it won't pay me until I sign up for some garbage ads and download their "software" to verify me
