A question about upload

i tried to upload a lot of gifs but it just won't to get uploaded and i don't know why !!
is there's a gifs standard or something for this site that's refused to upload those gifs ??!!!!

I have had the same problem; the best answer I can get is along the lines of "It's real finicky" which doesn't address the problem. Sometimes I've loaded 8 gifs and had maybe 3 post.
