Ego Crushing (Outlifting Men in the gym)
Today I out squatted and out leg pressed to unsuspecting male members of my gym. Pictures and story to follow.
Ok so today was leg day and the gym was filled with men taking up all the machines so I had to work in. First was squats. The guy was warming up with 135lbs and when I asked to work in he said... what do you want on it... so I replied... that's fine how it is. I proceeded to do about 20 reps. Then he went up to 225lbs and did about 8 reps. When he was done he asked what I wanted on again and started to remove a 45lb plate. to withc I said.... no no leave it. and I did 10 reps. needless to say he felt a bit embarrassed but that was just the beginning. then he added a 25 lb plate to each side (275) and did about 3 reps.... to which when I went I removed and added another 45 pound plate (315). I did about 6 reps. Now he tried 315lbs and got stuck on his first rep and I had to help him up. I then added another 45lb plate for my last set (405) and did 2 very deep reps.

The guy was in his 30s... I think he was a cop. So he then started asking me all these questions about how long I have been training and I was like sorry gotta go do leg presses.. do you want to join me... to which he said umm nope. lol
