I recently made a new little patch for WoW, which provides various new faces for blood Elves. It adds makeup, lipstick and sometimes even more. I've added some pictures, so you get a general idea.
It contains about 60 faces. It does not, however, contain any nude/cloth/body enhancement patch. You'll find this one on .
