So there’s been a new awesome turn in the relationship with my sister in law and brother in law. A great one that I hope gets better. I really want to tell her that I’ve been sniffing her panties for years. I want her to know how much I enjoy them. So should I tell them or not?

Depends on how much you want to risk everything, your wife, the loss of what sounds a nice supply of wank material and the chance of getting thumped. I wouldn't it is also sexier with the dare of it and not knowing adds to the situation

Not knowing your SIL, I would probably not say anything to her. Personally sniffing panties in secret is more of a thrill. If you tell her she may tell your wife or maybe not, but may have a slip of the tongue somewhere down the line.
