As an online service provider, we provide users with the ability to self-publish content by uploading, storing, and displaying various forms of media. However, we maintain rigorous compliance measures to prevent and remove unlawful content, including implementing robust age verification and content moderation policies.

2. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS AND MANDATORY AGE VERIFICATION

All uploaders must affirmatively verify the age and consent of individuals depicted in their content before uploading. Any violations of these terms will result in immediate content removal, account termination, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

1. Do-Not-Post List – Verified content owners may request that their brand or site be listed on our prohibited upload list, preventing users from posting unauthorized material.
2. Keyword Blocklist for Exclusive Content – Copyright holders can submit proprietary names or keywords to be blocked from user uploads.
3. Copyright Flagging System – Verified content owners receive direct access to a copyright flagging tool to immediately disable unauthorized content.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy – Accounts of repeat copyright violators are permanently banned and IP-restricted.
5. Public WHOIS Contact Information – Transparent, direct communication channels for legal inquiries.
6. Automated Content Fingerprinting & Detection – TNAFLIX utilizes Vobile’s content filtering technology to detect and prevent the unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted content.
7. Swift Takedown Response for DMCA Complaints – We act promptly upon receiving legally compliant DMCA takedown notices (see Section 5).

4. REPORTING COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT (DMCA NOTICE REQUIREMENTS)

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent acting on behalf of a copyright holder and believe your content has been unlawfully uploaded, you must submit a legally compliant DMCA takedown request.

4. Good-Faith Statement: Declare that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy Statement Under Penalty of Perjury:
   “I hereby state that the information contained in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.”
6. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the complainant.

5. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCESS (FOR REMOVED CONTENT)

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a DMCA Counter-Notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your Counter-Notice must include:

• Identification of the removed content (URLs).
• Your full contact information (name, address, phone, and email).
