Action lines are available for use on some UK platforms, they are not available for international services.
Bespoke action line pages take at least 10 days to be set up and if there are to include new organisations, strict criteria must be met before an organisation/charity can be listed.
The full list of permanent action lines can be downloaded on Gateway at Permanent Action Lines. These can be set up at short notice but the more notice that’s given if one is required the better.
To set up an action line, the BBC Executive Producer or Commissioning Editor should contact BBC Audience Services (email [email protected]).
