I don' think it's a bad thing. Usage can be really romantic and hot in my opinion. It doesn't mean to neglect her pleasure everytime or not have loving, caring and pleasureable sex. When he or she needs to have an release, wants to fuck or get it, but the other one isn't into having sex, they still give their bodys up to be used. To me that is so hot. To acknowledge their need and give in.
