Today, the community gave me the task of making weights on balls and nipples and training on the treadmill for 30 minutes. A 2 kilo dumbbell with a ball stretcher with spikes hung on my balls and a chain with 4 large locks on my nipples. After the treadmill has started slowly, it gets faster and faster.

kime Slave-FiLo : Ein solches Training ist für jeden Sklaven gut du solltest es morgens, mittags und abends machen dann bist du nach 2 - 3 Monaten top fit. Mir würde so ein Training auch gut tun wäre nur schöner wenn es noch einen anderen Sklaven oder noch besser einen Meister gibt der einen mit der Peitsche antreibt.
