A new law is introduced that requires wives / girlfriends / k**s to move out of their homes at weekends so that guys can spend the entire time blowing loads to porn without being interrupted.

I'd prefer a bill that would declare Porn a Man's God-given right with civil penalties for any spouse or s.o. that interferes with the exercise of such right; repeat offenders would face jail time, which would REALLY take care of the problem.
