    I think with any fetish there's always scope for advancement and development, and wedgies I think are no different in that respect. In fact, since wedgies are very much underrepresented, I think it's particularly so, in the case of this fetish; it's ripe for evolution. I think more people would realise they had this fetish if they were exposed to it; so I think some more wedgie media would beget even more wedgie media. It just requires those with the determination or motivation to make films and take pics to get into it. Then the only limit is the individual imagination!
