    Building big muscles (note: I never said HUGE muscles, which require even more of everything) requires energy / working out, your time, gym equipment, a lot of money, research, dr*g knowledge, buying dr*gs, taking dr*gs, disposing of needIes, breaking the Iaw, buying tubs of protein powder, constant grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, eating and for you to be obsessed with your muscles, always worrying about them shrinking, planning your day around them...

    Losing fat/weight requires nothing - except eating less. Must be so hard. Not.
