My policy on upload.

I started to upload agian two month ago, up to 30% was deleted for watermarks where there were none, some where deleted due to copyrights when they were given to download fully legal and free, some were cut down to a 3 min. clips and hijacked by xHamster sponsors. When I looked around I saw that others could upload every thing, including titles of the DVD, have more than 3 tags, with clear watermarks or involving things the censorship would not allow(I don't really understand the line in the censorship, but it is not my site). I wrote
to xHamster(see below), and now I have decided not use time on uploading, in the future I may share a movie here and there. I do not want reward's or praise, I just don't want obstacles on my way.

Here is my conversation with xHamster:

Me: I have trouble finding reasons to contribute to the community, when you so clearly don't want me to. Help me find a reason to be a contributing member of the xHamster conunity. You keep deleting my uploads for watermarks, when there is none or a white pixel or three in the corner, although I see plenty of movies every day, with clear watermarks, opening or closing credits and movies where the origin is said out loud and clear, and this is not the (rather annoying) sponsored movies. I have difficulties figuring out why you uphold the censorship with me and not for others. They are a lot of movie's and pictures with ****, v******e, pissing, vomit, drunk and passed out or sleeping persons. All of this is fine by me, but plaese keep the same standards for all.
On a different topic it seems like you're working hard to get sponsors and making a dollar, which is understandable and which you should do, but don't go to far. If I upload something DO NOT cut it down and use it as a link to anybody, then just delete it. While it is understandable to use energy on making a dollar, try saving a little to solve out some of the technical issues, upload speed and your server problems like video not found. I like being here on xHamster, but it is getting close to where I stop using time to contribute and start being a passive member. This site may end up like a different xv site that a dying.

The videos that where removed clearly have copyright watermarks that someone attempted to crop out. Not allowed. If you have a problem with videos that are on the site send the direct links and we will be happy to review, and remove them if needed. Don't know what you mean by this "If I upload something, DO NOT cut it down and use it as a link to anybody, then just delete it."
Unless you are referring to you uploading a video, and when it is converted it is only a few minutes long, with link under the video player. This would indicated that our server has detected copyright material, and the owners have given advance permission to post a clip, of course with a link to their own site. Me: Well, you didn't answer that many of my questions. All I really wanted was to tell you that you are cutting in the branch you are sitting on. Other by user contributing porn sites has lost, all most all contributing members, by going down the road you are headed down. If I upload a video, I (and many others) do not want it to be cut down to a three minute clip with a off site link attach to it while my profile name is on the clip as uploader. just porn no bullshit.

What you say makes no sense when you are not the owner of the video, if you don't like it, then don't upload copyright content. You can also delete the video from your profile.

It does makes sense, I do not want my profile linked with an offsite website, get it. How do you know who has the copyright's over time? I know that video's hav been downloaded for free and when uploaded to xH to be deleted due to copyright. You have still to answer the weird and incomprehensible censorship, what only goes for some.

I have difficulties figuring out why you uphold the censorship with me and not
for others. Hundreds of videos and photos are deleted daily. Not just yours. Obviously the content is reviewed by humans, sometimes humans make mistakes. Things that are on the site now with copyright watermarks will eventually be deleted as well. If you just stop worrying about all the other stuff, uploaded within the Rules than you would never have to contact us asking why something is deleted.
