My main diet
I eat daily:
10 eggs (boiled, sunny side up or omelet)
2-3 sweet red peppers (Minimum)
2-3 cucumbers
1 caret
2-3 litters of water ( through out the day ;D )
In the morning 1 cup of black coffee or Tea (no sugar) + 1 cup of low fat cacao (no sugar and no milk)
During the day 1-2 more cups of cacao. If i feel i need a boost a cup of green tea or a weak black coffee.
In the evening, 1 cup of Ginger and/or garlic tea.
1-2 time a week:
A)Fish with vegetables (grilled, fried, cocked or just canned tuna)
B)Chicken beef with vegetables (grilled or cocked preferably chicken breast or a lean part of beef)
C)Any type of bean (chickpeas, pees, black or Kenyan beans etc)
preferably with whole grained Tahini ,lemon ,bit of olive oil, salt pepper and some herbs)
In addition i also take daily supplements (relatively cheap):
In the morning Folic acid + B12 + vitamin E
After dinner, Zinc + vitamin D + Active man supplements (it a pill with lots of vitamins, mineral and herbs).
All that, with a good 7-8H sleep minimum, and about 15-30 min easy workout daily (a good walk counts)
Keeps all the systems "UP and going" ;D

I also eat other vegetables, occasionally cheese and as little bread and sweets as possible( the last 2 are the hardest out of everything).
