Kinda ceases to be a poo-pipe for the course of the shooting day 'cause they routinely use enemas and literally blast the shit out if it. As for double entry, well, most of the guys involved are so regular they end up doing more scenes together than with any one woman; that's gotta relax your inhibitions.
