Is it the same everywhere...

I have been on here awhile, I've talked to some good people. Some I think would make good friends if only they lived closer. It seems to be the norm for me, I talk to someone far away and it's usually a good time whether we are chatting sexually or not. The further away the better the people are. As I chat and befriend people that are closer as in a real possibility of meeting the less they want to talk or keep in contact. Is it me because I am trying too hard? Is it me thinking that you can actually meet someone through a porn site? After all it is a porn site not a hook up site. I should have made the headline "A Rant" that's what this has turned into. Maybe it's just me, so that's why I ask the question...Is it like this everywhere on xhamster or is it me that lives in one of the largest metropolitan areas in the US and can't seem to find like minded people near me? Answer this question honestly and let's see if I am proven right or wrong
