The Nitty Gritty of Anal Cleanouts

There does not seem to be a lot of specific "How To" information about proper anal cleansing, so I thought I would share what I do.

I thought this might be helpful as I have been asked this question so much.

Although I have covered the basics in my previous post, I thought I would create another and add some instructional video in here as everyone seems to prefer watching a video to reading text.

For anyone contemplating fisting, especially anal fisting I must STRONGLY urge you to read a book called 'Trust, The Hand Book' by Bert Herrman "A Guide to the Sensual and Spiritual Art of Handballing"
It covers a lot of the energy and spiritual aspects but lacks the 'How to' instructions which I hope I can enlighten some interested people on the details.

I am only sharing my own journey and techniques that work for me.

1: Basic Equipment.


A lot (read the majority) of anal washes use a 'torpedo' style probe with the holes around the end.
This means you have to insert it before you get the wash happening.
I did not find this particularly effective inside and I use this shape.
It simply presses against the pucker and you get water in without the need for penetration.
This assists in the pucker loosening, and with a bit of oil, as you see this end slides in and is able to be placed against the next pucker in your arse, and the next and the next.
You get the idea.
Again, this works for me, and everyone is different.

The end is a standard PVC fitting that is available from most hardware that have bathroom accessories.
Be sure to smooth it off, as they typically have sharp moulding flash when you get them.

2: The Cleanout.


Naturally enough I am not going to show the hole cleanup (pun intended) but just this end check clean.

First up is to fill the bowel with water, and as you fill you will feel it filling until you just have to push it out.
When you are clean this will just be clear water.
Notice I rub plenty of olive oil on my arse before attempting insertion.
If your clean and your muscles relaxed the hose just slides right in.

The first extraction showing length you can see that it gets to the end of the bowel, up to the Sigmoid Junction (SJ).
This is where the shape helps, as it presses against the SJ pucker, just as it did against your Sphincter.
You will start to feel the Descending Colon (DC) filling at this stage.

Be careful and don't get too carried away or you will have an uncomfortable time.

Typically, if you overfill your DC you can get pains like a stitch, or a feeling of nausea, or both.
Don't panic if you do, just gently relax and move around, put your head between your knees a few times, and a large gush of water will result.

Although the feelings when you are clean is something you have to experience to understand, I must state that this is one of the most disgusting personal hygiene operations you can perform.
So once you get beyond the bowel smell of what is coming out of you, you get to the Colon smell, and trust me, that can be gag invoking.
A bit like vomit, as you notice everyones smells the same so it induces a gag reflex when you smell it, the colon is similar.

After a few rinses, depending on what you ate the day before, the brown water will decrease and no more 'specs' and 'bits' will be coming out.

At this stage you will probably need a bit of a rest and some time to let the water settle.
You will find that in moving about you will suddenly need to rush to the toilet as what will feel like gallons of water gush out.
So don't venture too far from the loo (toilet).

Having had a rest and a second rinse, it is time to check just how clean you are.
This is where it can turn from hard work to pleasure.

3. Post Anal Cleanout Stretch & Stimulation.


Or should I say pleasurable hard work.

This particular toy has the benefit of deeply probing the SJ which can produce the deepest most intense pushing orgasms as well as the stretch of the outer sphincters.

It's ripples will drive your 'G' spot crazy.
Prepare for BIG pushes.
But the magic happens when you can relax through the pushes.
Thats when everything starts to relax open.
