2013 has been a helluva year. All in all, it's been pretty good so far. But all the progress in most parts of my life has left me with less time to take care of myself. Things have slid a bit on the fitness meter. My new pic / gallery shows that. So this documents the beginning of me spending the next couple of months in a narcissistic manner. True story - but that means it's not going to be filled with nymphomaniac women from another planet with three breasts and the ability to suck-start a diesel tractor. Nevertheless, here's what happened the other night... I woke up to the sound of my son crying / screaming. He's two years old, so while uncommon it was not unusual. I went into this room to check on him and the little bugger was upset because he felt his nose was running (it looked fine to me).
