At whipping post

Carol and Her Jennifer have to receive corporal punishment. Jennifer looks worried because this is Her first time receiving judicial corporal punishment, but Carol has been in this situation many times in Her life, and She knows the drill. She has already briefed Jennifer on what to expect and how to act. Full submission is the key to a speedy punishment. Willfully give your hands to the female whipping officer to fasten to the whipping post, spread your feet a little more than shoulder width apart, press your torso firmly against the post, grab the chains with your hands, and yell, scream and cry if you need to when the whipping begins. Don't direct any profanity towards the crowd or the whipping officer as this will be rewarded with extra lashes thus increasing the severity of the punishment and lengthening its time.
