XHamster gift policy WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?

What is going on here? I've known for some time that if someone sent me a gift I do not get credit for the tokens. . Within the last week, I sent $200 token gifts to 2 models with the intention that they could get cash for them. They have informed me that the gifts showed up but no token credit. This appears to be an on-line theft by XHamster. I don't recall any notice of this policy change, but it is absolutely unfair.

BEWARE: Until this is resolved, don't send a gift for more than 10 tokens.
