My Fitness Goals 2024

Hi all! I have recently embarked on a journey to get in better shape. I'm turning 39 this year, so it's getting harder to stay in shape with little effort lol.

My goal is to get down to 210 and maintain that weight. I am currently clocking in at 240, so I have 30 pounds to lose. I will get there with a combo of cardio exercise and high-intensity weight training.

From a physique standpoint, it is my goal to get better muscle definition, while also bulking up my upper body, particularly my arms and shoulders. I also want to get bigger calves, so I am doing upper body weight training every two days, alternating with lower body training in between days.

I will keep you posted on my progress. Hopefully I will resemble Thor by the end of the year. ?

Good luck bro. I wish I could join you but a few injuries at 57 have derailed me for now.
