a kasiathereader : I’ve been reading the series of the Miss Peregrine books, simply because, in summer, I like lighter fare. But I LOVE the Hades -Perepone story arc, especially retold in other ways. This will be perfect for autumn...to have it told as a Dom situation is sooooo interesting and (to be honest) HOT! Going to check it out right now! (If you’ve never heard the Anais Mitchell album “Hadestown”, it’s, like, an amazing American folk song retelling of this…she somehow managed to make it into a broadway musical, but DO NOT listen to that first (it’s wayyyy less good)…find the original album from, like 2012 or something…you’ll fucking love it!). Cheers, my dear, and thanks so much for inspiring my brain AND my, um, other bits!
