I've been getting this question a lot. I use Honey Select, a Japanese hentai game that you will need to download a translation for. There versions of the game, the normal game and a story mode where you can have more freedom. The sliders in the game allow you to change how the characters look, but there is a limit on how big it gets, so you need the Wide Slider mod that doubles the size of sliders, which comes with this patch        http://www.hongfire.com/forum/forum/hentai-lair/hf-modding-translation/honey-select-mod            Hongfire seems like the only place with a lot of mods for Honey Select, and that is where I found Triss and others from the Witcher. There is a mod that allows you to change the bone shape, which you can use to increase height even further, and the only way I know to change the men's height and dick size.   Without these mods you can't make women any taller than the men. My early videos use the wide slider mod maxed out on height and almost on breast size. Increasing the breast slider really high will make the hair look weird. I don't think you can edit the people in the middle of a scene the normal way through the game so I can't do breast expansion with it.
