Friend Requests

I am pretty sure only people of my friendlist are going to read this post, but I post it publicly in the hope it can get a bigger audience. Anyways, here it goes. Taking pictures and videos to post on Hamster is a job. It is not hard but it takes time and patience, if you care how you look and you want to appear as flawless as you can get.
When you get a friend request, you assume someone appreciated your posts and enjoyed your galleries. This is what I do when I get a friend request: I see if he read my profile page. If you read it you see I like comments or private messages, none there from your acct.? Ok, see ya later... no add
Then I look at my pics, something like this:

I click the thumbs up in the red circle if I like a pic in a friend's page. Always. Make sure they know I appreciated his/her work. Blue circle shows me how many ppl looked at the pic. Usually this number is higher than the red circle one. Green circle is to add comments, I usually do, you should too, especially if it is the person's own work. You really like the pic or video add it to your favorites. Click the heart marked with the yellow arrow. I look at all my pics and all my friends' pics and I notice not a lot of activity. You wonder why there is low activity in this site sometimes, and people that get discouraged is one of those reasons. I liked to post more frequently before but if there is not a lot of activity why should I? Good question.
So there you got it . A mini rant so I can feel better, now go on , go ahead and before you spurt that seed on the computer keyboard or your smartphone just make a few clicks :)
