        I have been a porn addict and have found it very hard to quit i crave an actual relationship but can't figure it out. Many times I just give up and binge on porn and cry myself to , as it feels like everyone IRL would hate me for my addiction and all the porn stars are encouraging and mocking my demise. But when I watch your videos i feel like you are a genuine person and care about us, so it gives me some hope that maybe someday i will find someone and not watch so much.

When i was going through an especially hard time controlling myself as a teen, the thing that helped me the most were people like you who acknowledged the problem and even though it benefitted them they suggested you get help. having that come from a pornstar or someone you like watching makes it so much realer and helps you recover faster in my limited experience.         Signs of addiction can be often confused with anxiety. I came from watching porn tons as a teen, then found nofap. I mistakenly decided masturbation and porn were my issue, rather than facing obvious sexual and general anxieties. I could not feel fully comfortable about my sexuality until I received sex therapy. Really for the people out there struggling with sexual issues, see a professional. I wish I did it long ago.

        I’m pretty sure a lot of it is pretend, fantasy stuff. There’s something about the *idea* of being stuck in a masturbatory trance for days that’s hot. I’ve seen plenty of people who openly say the concept of porn addiction is hot, but they don’t actively engage with porn enough or in the right contexts for it to count as an addiction, specifically because they have no desire to lose contact with the real world.
