ke Big1001 : I recommend one called male edge. It comes with a strap that holds your just under the glands (head). I found this uncomfortable and that it restricted blood flow so i found what is called an ADS (all day stretcher). This allows u to creates a hybrid device that can be worn for much longer and is so much more comfortable. The extender must be worn for at least 2 hours a day. You have to put a lot of time into these if u want real results. It helps to use this after other penis enlargement exercises like jelqeing and pumping as well.
