My Opinions on Filming & Porn’s Big Problem

Some of my clients find the fact they may have a portion (or the entirety) of their session video recorded makes them feel just like a real porn star! That however, is only the beginning...

I will then, edit the footage into something closely resembling a real-life adult film. The final edited version will then be posted to my website, as well as to the Internet's top porn tubes, xvideo, xhamster, youporn, xxnx and pornhub. Then things start to really get fun...

Since posting my first three videos on xvideos in May 2015, I have become a bit of a sensation in the realm of amateur porn. I currently have an online library of 84 videos. Because of people re-posting my videos to countless different porn sites, (I have found my videos posted on 200+ different adult sites) it has become impossible to compile a 100% accurate total view count for my videos. However, a very conservative estimate, would be well over 15 million views. On xvideos alone, my videos have been viewed 9.1 million times, earned my channel over 20,000 subscribers, as well as placed me at number 30 on the xvideos list of the Top 100 Porn Stars In Canada, as well as the number 1 spot worldwide amongst all amateur porn stars.

Are you starting to see just how authentic my PSE actually is?

There is truly something to be said for being able to go online, navigate to your favourite porn site, and actually relive the experience we shared. Anytime of the day, you'll be able to watch yourself in action, and revel in the knowledge that the very video in which you co-star will eventually be seen by millions of people, the world over... Is that real enough for you?

Have I convinced you that my PSE is by far the most realistic Porn Star Experience available in Victoria, or basically anywhere? No? Well, what if I told you I offer my brand of PSE at no additional charge? Remember when I mentioned the fact I don't upsell? I hope this proves it.

...just don't get too excited just yet. As with most of life's best things, this one comes with a small catch.

Please allow me to get very real for a second... It's 2018, and women everywhere are finally coming together, and standing up against the oppression, inequality and v******e from which we have suffered at the hands of men since basically our species' beginning. Not only is the adult film industry part of this widespread problem, it is one of the biggest promoters of v******e against women currently in existence... Especially when it comes to one of the most heinous forms of abuse suffered by women. Sexual assault.

Since the dawn of online sharing, the adult film industry has watched its market share plummet. Many industry insiders have stated that 80 percent of the adult studios which existed during the industry's peak in the mid-2000s, are now defunct, and much of the remaining 20 percent is hanging by a thread. To grab as much of the remaining market share as possible, studios began a dangerous game of one-upmanship.

Realizing their customer's hunger for "extreme" porn, adult studios began to produce content that featured males acting out in a much more aggressive, and at times even violent manner toward their female co-stars. Violent acts, such as choking, face-slapping, face-fucking, fishhooking, and weird eyelid stretching which once mainly lurked in porn's dark fringe, became not only the mainstream, but the new normal.

Faced with a worsening financial crunch, studios began tightening their belts in dramatic fashion. Performer salaries have languished under a pay freeze for years, while studios continued to ask much more from their female performers. The desperate studios were now putting constant pressure on their producers and directors to turn out content increasingly extreme in nature. Feeling they could end up losing job opportunities if they couldn't deliver the product the studio requested, the pressure rolled downhill to the performers... In particular, the female performers.

That which were once presented in the form of optional requests, had morphed into demands and ultimatums. The hardline on consent was beginning to blur, due to the very controversial policy which states no performer shall receive payment for a shoot until they've record the interview segment which follows most scenes. These "interviews", where they say "That was so much fun! Of course, everything was agreed upon, and fully consensual!", are there to protect the director and studio, should any performer decide upon further reflection, they actually aren't alright with some parts of the shoot... Particularly in the area of consent.

Like most people likely would, actresses just say "fuck it", and shoot the "it was all good" testimonial, because if they do not, they don't get paid for that shoot, and could even find themselves blacklisted, severely effecting the amount of films they're offered, as well as their livelihood in general.

To many production crews, "No Means No", one of the main moral cornerstones in all types of alternative lifestyles, has become more of an annoyance than something worthy of cutting scene. This couldn't be more unacceptable, and unless porn welcomes far more invasive government scrutiny and increased regulation, the industry needs to take action immediately.

I think the acceptance of adult films into society's mainstream has been a positive thing. However, the industry must realize that with acceptance, comes an increased public profile. What was once privileged information, has become public knowledge, and society simply will not accept performers being sexually, physically and emotionally assaulted or in some instances, even ****d in their workplace.

The sad thing is that there is an element of society who feel they are above the law, due to their level of importance at their workplace, or their level of celebrity. Over the past year, massive gains have been made, but not much change has been observed in the adult film industry. Everyone... From the production studios, to the performers, right down to the fans and consumers must stand up and demand change. Adult film performers are people too... and deserve the same rights and privileges enjoyed by the rest of society.

Therefore, the catch I mentioned earlier in this post, is that you must treat me with respect, and realize that I will not tolerate any behaviour which is degrading in nature ...Sorry boys, but there will be no deepthroat induced eye-watering, tear-stained mascara, gallons of saliva, fake sex-noises or pretend orgasms here. Let's try and have some real-world fun instead, shall we?

Maybe you agree that a 'porn-star experience' should be about a lot more than over-the-top sex noises, overtly sexually aggressive behaviour, high-speed slobbery gag-filled blowjobs, and bad acting? If not... Knock yourself out! I just hope you have a photographic memory, because the search for another girl who will allow your session to be recorded, could be quite exhaustive. Especially, a girl who agrees without you being required to pay an extra fee that only a select few could ever afford

Finally, while I don't mind creative editing, or the POV style of filming, I do have a distinct dislike of any form of facial mask. Therefore, whether you own the venerable, not to mention overused, eye mask of 'The Lone Ranger', your k**'s goblin mask from last Hallowe'en, or a black leather S&M gimp mask, please resist the desire to bring it... Because honey, you sure as hell won't be wearing that ridiculous thing here...

Unfortunately, the anonymity of the Twitter world and disrespect and derision licensed at the highest levels of society has dehumanized almost all aspects of our modern life. The world of art is no different. Perhaps Pope John said it best, “There is no dignity when the human dimension is eliminated from the person. In short, the problem with pornography is not that it shows too much of the person, but that it shows far too little.” This statement accurately reflects a large portion of today's industry. When the word “No” is eliminated from the video production stage and humanity disappears on the editing table you do not have an art form. You have abuse. Eroticism celebrates sexual humanity and desire. Abusive pornography debases. I thank you for drawing attention to the commercial coercion present in the productions of some members of the current industry and their disrespect for those involved in the industry.

受信者 cherrysodaXXX : I did not know their was serious coercion in getting those after seeing discussions. There’s so much that people don’t know and it’s sad.  Thank you for the enlightenment.

受信者 lrjustaguy : The prevalence of intimidation, coercion, physical violence, even rape on porn sets is exponentially higher than the vast majority of industry outsiders could even dream. Funny you should mention those follow-up, post-shoot interviews, as they represent one of the most vile tools used by the studios to facilitate these heinous actions. Were you aware those interview videos are a condition of performers payment by the studio? That's right. No one receives one penny for the scene they just filmed, until everyone who appeared on camera states they were, not coerced in any manner, whatsoever, and that everything was completely consensual.and everyone had a "total blast". Making this evil practice much more evil, is the fact that if there happens to be even a solitary hold out who refuses to film their follow-up statements, then no one appearing in that scene gets paid. On top of that, the scene itself is labelled useless, and never sees the light of day. Not exactly a lot of encouragement to stand up and report those responsible for these truly dehumanizing actions... and that's exactly how the studios have structured it.

Cherry -  we’ll said.  Here here.  I full agree that you (and everyone else) should be treated with respect and dignity.  Boundaries and expectations should be clear and followed  The industry has always that element and ran at the edges (if not violating them) and it is possible to see in the films.  Kink.com often includes a follow up with the participants soliciting their reaction..I do not know if that is all scripted or not but it seems authentic. As a person who enjoys dressing like a girl sometimes and pretending to be a sissy I know there are a lot of guys who thinks it’s more fun to make me gag on your cock and you still let me suck it and play with it. And I always tell him I don’t like my ass spanked because I really don’t like violence to my body.  But I have met people who identify as a pain slut so what is exciting to them isn’t exciting to me. I hope I get a chance to visit the island and make a fil.  be safe, be happy, be productive

Cherry - wow, first thanks for the insight to the biz. I never 'bought' much porn and know the internet took most of the wind out of the sail in 2000. Personally, I liked the news.groups that were in the background of porn. I did have a huge 'trucker's library' of magazines - but I recycled 99% of them when I moved in 2011. Most were given to me.
The are parts of porn I do NOT like = pain for one! And and pain during sex, just loss it for me. And there's cum, my wife would slap me silly if I ever tried to cum all over her beautiful face as an expression of my love for her.
And last, I know guys dig getting their cocks "Hoovered", but I don't want to watch more than one minute of that.

So, Cherry - ever make a porn about making love? but, then who would buy that?
Rick - [silly ole man w/ camera = porn] PM me
