Make your own silicon SexToy / Butt Plug
Step 1: Design or download your File. My creations can be found at http://sexshop3d.com/vendor/barol/
Step 2: 3d print. ABS works well.
Step 3: Cleanup. Sand mold or use Acton vapor for ABS. Especially sand the joining edged of the mold. Take your time this step will determine the quality of your end product. Clean with water and soap at the end.

Step 4: Clamping. Align the mold pieces as good as you can and clamp them together. Use clamps or tape. Also, this will determine the quality of your end product.
Step 5: Casting. Use body safe silicon or whatever material you prefer. Water makes fancy ice toys.
Step 6: Demolding. Wait for silicon to cure properly. Remove Clamps and carefully remove your new toy.
