Fun While it Lasted
I can't upload videos on here anymore, anyone else experiencing this? so apparently this site wants to go the way of OnlyFans 2.0 or something cause I can no longer upload videos on here unless I "verify" myself, which is lame as hell. Always loved the layout and format of this site as a whole, but now all that's changing and XHam seems to be more and more of an online/webcam type of website. As of now I don't really know if this is a glitch, or if "regular channels" on here such as mine will ever be able to upload content ever again. This is so lame, first PHub killed off its own website by getting rid of tons and tons of videos and now it seems XHam is going to be doing the same alot sooner than later. Apparently my account type is "Producer" , whatever the hell that means. I just want to be able to upload videos on here like I have in the past, I'm not and I've NEVER uploaded ANY videos or pics on here with the intentions of making money from them. Again, I have NEVER uploaded ANY content on XHam with the intent on making money off of them. It would be nice if "regular channels" such as these will still be able to upload content in the near future. Time will tell. Please don't let us down XHamster, PLEASE!

It's hard to quantify the increased mortality from covid one can assign to FaceBook but it's got to be at least 50,000. They make so much money from their fundamentally dangerous engagement model that they will continue to cause harm until they are severely controlled.
I'm old enough to remember that the argument for the tobacco companies to be free of regulation was this: they have a successful business model, they employ lots of people, they make money, and they pay taxes. Before tobacco, that was justification in itself for a business model. When the Feds came down on tobacco industry, they broke ground by establishing that some business models cause too much harm, no matter how many they employ and how much they generate in profits and tax revenue.
I think we will do the same for FaceBook - I just wish it would be sooner rather than later.
