hi all, so sorry not been here a few days just a not so fun update on how I am doing, starting with good news one rib is all better still 2 bad, however i got a cold and started hurting more but different. Saw the leach doctor and I have Costochondritis, which at first made me think I had missed a character out in the Greek tragedy I am writing but no, its inflammation of the stuff that holds your ribs in place, and boy does it hurt.
