Camera woes

So I'm freshly shaved and all ready to film and the image quality of the camera on my Samsung galaxy tablet is terrible.

I live at the end of a cul-de-sac so I can't have all the curtains open, but I've got as much light as I possibly can and it's still so grainy!

Does anyone know how to make the picture quality better on a Samsung tab? I've tried Pro mode and lowering the ISO but that only applies for pictures not videos and I can't use the front facing camera in pro mode.

Failing that do you know of any good quality cameras that work well in lower light conditions that costs maybe £150 maximum? I want to improve the quality of videos for you guys, because it's poor.

I'm going to try and film something now but it won't be of a good enough image quality, grrrrrrr.

Always use lighting (as others have mentioned), try not to have light in front of the camera, hope that helps x

I understand it's all about lighting. If the galaxy works well enough for you in brighter conditions then extra lights and reflective surfaces are the way to go. LED lights seem reasonably cheap but I'm sure it would be worth getting something better than the absolute cheapest. Don't forget though that the weather has been pretty poor which won't help. If you can open any curtains, the southern facing ones would be best.
