It wasn't hard at all once I found the right size (1 1/2" I.D.). Pull the ball sack through one ring and pop the ball in and slide the ring as far as you can next to the cock. Pull some ball sack through the second ring and pop that ball in sliding it up next to the cock. After you get the first ring on, the other rings go on real easy, one side and then the other till all three rings are on.
