I'm not a cross dresser but I love the way velvet feels too. I love wearing velvet lined jackets over short sleeves and when I meet a woman wearing velvet I wont let her out of my arms

to Sandy_Woo : I had a lovely taffeta bustle gown in Blue, I spilled Lube on it, and they had to use water to clean it, this completely destroyed the stiffness of the fabric which was most of the charm of it... Sigh I'm sure that someone at Goodwill found it and enjoyed it as much as I had.

I had a dark red crushed velvet dress a long time ago (I know it wouldn't fit me now), but someone made a mess on it and it proved impossible to wash !
