Our usual time is about one hour, one hour and twenty minutes, two or three times a week.
How often and how long have you been doing this?

We need about half an hour until one hour, without dressing, depends on if we are in a hurry because of daily duties.....in earlier times we had sessions over two hours. Session frequency is ones a week, you have to keep practicing....😈

If I had the chance to find my half to live the same relationship as you I would say that 1h/1h30 is a correct time because it requires a lot of energy.

In active phase one hour long is normal for good stretch. And one more hour for preparing (enema). In passive phase (wearing plug) i thing 3-4 hours is good. My goal is wear plug whole day.
