Further updating, I found a great video that shows exactly how to use the stocking method for the CB-6000. It I saved in my favorites if you want to find it, maybe three pages in as of this writing.
I tried it this morning, and it actually worked like a charm! I have been using the corkscrew method - put a lot of lube on everything, stick it on the end of my cock and twist and rotate it down.
