Support Independent Content Creators UPDATE!
Hello beautiful people,With all the recent changes and deletions of so many users and content, it has been a strange and difficult time for many of us.
In light if this all, I would like to ask you to consider the importance of supporting independent content creators so that we can continue to have a steady stream of new content that is permitted and verified.
I felt it pertinent to say that as an independent creator myself, I thoroughly enjoy what I do and wish to continue to do so, but... I am a one kitten show and I do need your help.
If you are a fan of my work and enjoy viewing my shows, then all I would ask of you is to occasionally consider supporting my work through my shows available on premium.
Doing everything myself, like many others here, can be a challenge.
Taking one of my shows as an example...
1. I plan the show, style, concept and purchase my costume/clothing costing anything from £20 to £60+
2. I plan the filming and take a day, sometimes 2 to film (by myself).
3. Reviewing the footage takes roughly the same amount of time (2 days).
4. Editing the footage to music and making the final show can take upward of a week, sometimes more...
5. Hosting and managing my page is a daily responsibility.
6. I do this all with a tripod, a single ring light and a smartphone with an HD camera.
So on average to make one of my shows it take me 1-2 weeks, costs around £50 on average and takes all of my free evenings and weekends.
Now what is important is that I'm not doing this solely for earning money, I do it because I love to. But... it takes a lot from me to manage it all and at times, it can be difficult to keep up. As a result, my output has slowed quite a bit as I cannot afford to do anymore than I am.
I do have Ad revenue but to give you an idea of its value, with all of my views (over 100k) I have earned just enough to order a medium sized plain cheese pizza. which I don't even get because there is a minimum earning level before payout so I don't even get what I earn. So basically till this day I have not received a single penny for any of my work.
Many small independant creators are in the same situation as me. All of us are trying hard to make content that can bring you some joy and escapism for a short time.
I know my place, I'm not a superstar, nor am I 'mainstream', I am in a niche category with limited exposure. Everyone that supports me through likes and comments is greatly appreciated and I would not be here without you, so I would like to say thank you for that.
All I would like to ask is if you want to see me and others continue to make our style of content and share it with everyone, then please consider the above. It costs me a lot of time and money to do this and I don't want to stop, but I unfortunately do not have the ability to keep spending without getting anything back to maintain and curate new material for my channel.
At the time of writing this I have been here for 277 days. In that time I have made 46 shows
43 are completely free
3 are on premium
and multiple Gif galleries
all while gaining 4.5k subscribers which is awesome!
Out of all of my subscribers, literally a couple of friends (shoutout to Jimmy15 ❤) have actually decided to purchase a show from premium.
I list them at close to the lowest price possible (below what xhamster suggest).
Yet, I have had little support up till now which is why I am writing this blog, as I am sure other creators may be in the same situation. If you would buy me a coffee or a drink in a bar, then buy a show instead! I'd be happy to give you a shout out if you like!
I do hope these words reach you in their intended way and that I have been able to explain my situation and feeling.
All of us independent content creators need your help as much as you want our content.
So please consider supporting us all.
I work as hard as I can to make the best possible content that I can, I do hope it shows through my work.

UPDATE 04/March/21I have just been added to the main premium subscription model so now my videos are included within membership! No need for individual payment for my existing shows!

That said though I upload both to XHamster and Prnhub and truth be told I get like 20 times the traffic on here than I do over on there. Then again given that Prnhub no longer allow random unverified users to just upload any old thing as they please like Xhamster does it seems they have the better policy on protecting copyright. Feels like I'm stuck between choosing either the high traffic here or the protection over there.
Anyway, I hope that your post does have some kind of effect. I'll certainly do my best to make sure people at least give it a read.... or at the very least that they drop by and give you some love. You deserve it after all given how amazing your content is. It certainly gives a girl something to dream about
I dont think this blog will make any difference but it's all I can think of to do. I have seen and read so many users talk shit about our community, seemingly blaming and targeting us just for being ourselves. Like we are the ones that destroyed the industry, so much hate, threats, name calling and finger pointing, it makes me sad.
It seems everyone is finding someone to blame but themselves. Content thieves, sickos and harassing trolls are the ones that have ruined it, not the creators. And these sites only promote the big brands and they all share the pot amongst themselves.
I do hope that at some point there is a push to promote and support us independents but I'm not going to hold my breath...

And you're totally right, ad revenue just doesn't cover it. I'm 110k views on 45 videos and I still haven't even broke $10 in ad revenue. And it makes it even worse when people just come along and steal your video to upload elsewhere reducing the views you get and in turn stopping you from getting the ad revenue for them.
Anyway, I'm glad you decided to write this and detail all of the work that goes into it. There are so many people out there who just don't get how taxing it all is on both time and bank balance to produce content like this.
