3-5 times a week, 3 is more than adequate, in fact when I competed last, I was so busy with work, that I only got in the gym 2-3 times a week for the last month or so... The workouts that I do are short 45mins to an hour tops... But if it's lack of the gyms being open, keeping you from doing it; just get a weight set, pull up bar and bench for your home (If you have the room and that should be plenty) either way, they're almost open... Good luck and don't hesitate to ask if you need any advice...
Thanks man! I am on a diet but I know I need to be working out more. I was doing so well until covid hit and I stopped going to the gym. Going to be returning soon though and basically starting over. My boyfriend is very motivated so I agree with what you said. He motivates me everyday so I appreciate that. I’ll be tracking your progress man. How often do you work out?
Thank you, you have to made gradual changes to your diet and exercise habits... Don't try to take on anything to major right away... Unless of course, you're already following a diet and exercise plan and it's not working for you, if that's the case, feel free to ask me for pointers, I'd be happy to give you some advice... And I see that you're part of a couple, if you're partner is motivated to train as well, it would be a lot easier... Because being that you're both young guys, you can go to the gym together and push one another... Either way, good luck...
