Can't upload videos anymore.

I've been barred from uploading videos by xhamster on the grounds that I used copyrighted material. Maybe I'll open another account and do it over again. But the big question is, how can I prevent from infringing on their rules? Do they actually monitor every video? Or, do they act upon any complain from anybody? Need your advice.
