New World Order
The world has changed
For people of 2020, the world has changed beyond recognition in the year 2048. Two big wars raged over many countries in the early 2030’s. In America the blacks came out as the clear winner of the racial war. The New Black Party ruled North America with the exception of Alaska and part of Canada. North of Vancouver the country was deserted for hundreds of miles. Small pockets of whites did live in this area, most of them escaped from the rule of the New Black Party and trying to reach the relative safety of Alaska. Soon after the racial war in America started, the Muslims started their conquest of Europe. Aided by local Muslims the invasion did succeed after a shot and brutal war. With America crumbling down as a world power, China had no problem taken over most of Asia including Japan, Australia and New Zealand. India was still independent after losing Kashmir to the Muslim powers.
Africa is divided in two parts: Black Africa and Muslim Africa. South Africa became organized towards the American model. Other countries have local black dictators and had their white population almost completely wiped out.
South and Midden America has become a play field of different warlords. During and after the racial world in North America a lot of Hispanics and mixed races migrated back to the south resulting in a series of ongoing conflicts with ever changing alliances.
The New Black Party rule
In America The New Black Party introduced a new state order which became later the inspiration for the Muslim to organize their rule in Europe.
Key to the new order was the introduction of racial classes.
• “Pure Blacks” being considered the real citizens of the US. They hold the voting rights to approve the new congress which had as a result the “Pure Blacks” had the ultimate power to put in place any law they deemed fit. The “Pure Blacks” were allowed to enslave white people

o Different: Non-black or non-white races, Hispanic, Native American …. Depending on the sub-class they were second- or third-degree citizens.
o A special class with his own rules was the 50/50 class which were people born out white women impregnated by a Black male.
o 75%+ white: where treated the same as the white with the exception they were excluded from the breeding program
Where there were doubts to which class a person did belong a race court decided based on DNA analysis.
In principal slavery was forbidden by the New Rule. However, as reparations for slavery in the 19th century, a reparation bill was introduced allowing whites to be enslaved by blacks. Once enslaved the black master had the right of death and life of his slaves. A national slave register was introduced in order to easily track slaves being sold (or given as a gift). When a white woman was enslaved, all her c***dren under the age of 18 were automatically enslaved. When a white slave gave birth to a white baby, the baby became a slave and was owned by the owner of his mother. If a white slave gave birth to a mixed-race baby was born free as part of the mixed-race class.
When The New Black Party came to power they wanted to introduce a black impregnation program for white women. Blacks were legally allowed to fuck and breed white women and girls at will.
