Plan was to meet a mate at the pub after work and have a couple of beers. As I ordered my first my phone went off with and the message basically read unable to make as things came up. Anyway left on my own with a fresh beer I thought I might as well be social and asked to join a table close to me as there was a quiz on. The table was 3 women and a gent all in the mid 50’s to 60’s age range. One of the women who looked very good despite her years looked at and as she smiled patted the seat next to her.
