Another comparison is you need to take Sildenafil about an hour before you need it. If you happen to take it with food, chances are it will just sit in your stomach until the food is digested, leaving your cock limp when you need it the most. Since Tadalafil works so much longer, you can take it well in advance of sex or a meal. I like to take mine between meals so it goes right into my system.
