Oh geez.. I made a recipe for seshuan sauce. 1 TB spoon corn starch, 1 quarter of a cup of ketchup, 1 cup of soy sauce, 1 tea spoon fish sauce, seshuan pepper corn or if you don’t have that a dried chilly will do and 2 TB spoons of sesame seeds and for a good touch add 2 TB spoons rice vinegar. Cool in a wok or a pot until it gets good and thick and it bubbles just a little bit do NOT burn it. And then you have seshuan sauce.
