@Pipi_GiGi my largest measured volume was about 1,200ml (so maybe a bit more than 40oz), and based on the handful of studies I've been able to find, it seems like there is either no real difference between men's and women's bladder capacities, or men can hold 10-20% more -- results are pretty mixed. I've never lost a holding contest to a woman, though, so it might be fun to go head-to-head and see who has the stronger bladder 😉

It’s not the most. I’ve done 35-42oz holds before but I hold so often now that it actually causes strain and leakage. Sometimes I start leaking at 16 oz when I do large holds too often. And the difference between the sexes is only about 2-3oz. Statistically speaking, most of the population can only hold 16oz, getting moderate urges at 10oz and desperate at 12-14oz. So I’d consider anything about 20oz a large hold! Would love to know your max hold. Would be fun.
