      The vacbed doesn't affect my ability to breath at all (this tend to be more of an issue if you get the one you can stick her head out of as it may squeeze your neck). The corset does affect my breathing and make it so I need to take smaller breaths and focus on my breathing. The Vacbed didn't add to much extra pressure to the corset (as it was already pulled tight) but it did add a bit to it, The corset did hold me in place much better then just simply the vacbed.
