The Rota - Part 1
THE ROTA
I am a teacher at a mixed girls and boys school in the UK (not really...)
I have the rather excellent duty of drawing up the rota every month. What is the rota you ask?
Well... girls (and boys) are assigned to go to a teacher for a one on one discipline session once a month.
The female teachers generally take the boys,but there are exceptions.
As you can imagine there is intense competition between the teachers to be assigned the girls (and boys) they like the look of. Of course as I am in charge of the rota I get first pick...
It is quite something to see the girls gathered round the noticeboard in their first week at school... figuring out which teacher will be their first disciplinarian and what day this will fall on.
It is also quite something to see a girl raise her hand in class, the teacher nodding to her that she is excused class. Her walking out of class almost blubbing with tears.
I have a liking for very pretty blondes, and always have one as the first of the year for a new school year.
I have a penchant for the scholarly girls wwith glasses and the girl next door look too, so look over the new intake carefully for girls I like. That leaves the prettier girls to my colleagues, but I dont care - I get what I want.
I also schedule girls who I have seen in previous months, for a return visit. Soemtimes assigning them to colleagues though, in return for favours.
The next parts of the story concern some girls first times in a discipline sesssion. They need not have done anything wrong - it is just part of learning at this school. We must of course send them home undamaged and intact. It is officially forbidden to have them exposed during the punishement session, though rules can be and are bent. I find stripping a girl makes her more vulnerable and receptive to discipline.
