to lovelickingu : thank you... if xhamster does not unblock me and will continue to block other users who do not have a commercial purpose, then I will have to complain about xhamster's arbitrariness regarding the use of someone else’s content for their commercial purposes

It is xhamster that is in violation of the “commercial purposes” provision, not you. You don’t profit but xhamster does. I’m sympathetic, though, especially when it comes to scenes or snippets of larger works.
