Wow the longest I’ve done was maybe a couple weeks, I’ve only used silicone devices so I don’t know how a less flexible one might be. One of the ones I have has the lil spikes on the inside and for silicone is pretty intense if you get hard… I think chastity devices are too bulky I feel like I have a huge bulge lol
